Mr. Itagaki is leaving Tecmo Co., Ltd. and not in good terms. He has filled a complaint in Tokyo District Courts agains Tecmo Co., Ltd for unpaid bonuses owed to him from finishing the Dead or Alive fighting game for the Xbox 360. This is sad a day for the Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive fans because he will no longer be a part of them.
